LED CONVERSION & REMANUFACTURING SPECIALISTS

Extending the life of your existing lighting

What is LED conversion & remanufacturing?

Remanufacturing involves creating carbon-neutral lighting by giving products a second life that matches or even surpasses the original in quality. It combines reused, repaired, and new parts, with a warranty that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with brand-new items. The sale of the fluorescent lamps will be banned in the EU and UK, starting in 2023 and continuing through 2024.

Your existing stock of lamps may continue to be used, but it will not be possible to purchase any more after the phase out date.

The term also can relate to conversions which involve updating the light source in existing products, such as transitioning to LEDs. During these techniques all fittings are assessed through our rigorous remanufacturing processes.

GOVERNMENT FUNDing

While there are several different funding options, it essentially comes from the government, although some private charities also offer funding.

The UK government is committed to energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions to net zero by 2050. One of the ways to achieve this is by providing grants and funding for businesses to switch to LED lighting. Currently, there are a number of grants and funding schemes available for LED lighting in the UK. These schemes are designed to help businesses and local authorities offset the cost of switching to LED lighting.

When you want to begin the process of applying for an energy-efficiency grant, here are a few sites to check out:
